We are the Kosmic Kamels, a global collective of artists, activists, and healing justice advocates with roots in SWANA and the Jewish diaspora. Since 2019, we’ve been gathering at Burning Man (on Indigenous Paiute land) and beyond to cultivate healing, connection, radical transformation, and collective liberation.
In 2024, the devastation of genocidal violence and forced displacement made it impossible for us to organize our camp. But we’re not giving up. With your support, we’re coming back in 2025—stronger and more committed than ever. 🌟

you not only can denied entry at the US Border but also getting detained.
"A criminal conviction in the United States, false information regarding the purpose of stay, or even a slight overstay of the visa upon entry or exit can lead to arrest, detention, and deportation upon entry or exit," says the german foreign ministry..
So.. at least do not bring any artistic tools like tattoo machines, drawing pen, camera, ...
Get a clean trash smart phone for travel and DO not do art-customer talk in advance on social media.. (never.. !!)
Expect your luggage getting intensive scanned.. using dogs to sniff any suspicious substances..
Better go to our regional european burns like the new burn in "Castle Dornburg" close to Magdeburg mid September..
We have reserved September 19th to 21st 2025.
And let us tell you: this raw (rooooaaaarrrr 🦁 — wait, wrong animal… 🐻) diamond is a beast of possibilities. No plug-and-play, pure burn (and sorry, no chandeliers in this castle)

„Pink ip Up“ is an art for the castle burn in

„Pink ip Up“ is an art for the castle burn in Beesenstedt now mid march.
It calls themselves as an „The Art Experience Saloon - Pink it Up“.
The idea is to make a collaboration of various artists and non artist to create not only an art but an art concept room.
The room will have a huge art work with pink balloons, but also a small stage, mic and pa for some stqndup performance like singing, story telling, making music, poems, discussions, ..
A morning glory chanting yoga circle is planned, pink drinks and more..
and maybe someone might come up with some kinki stuff for after midnight.
It is the idea of that concept
is to keep this an open stage, an open option for every burner especially in our team but also much more who wants to contribute his own way into art which might be small or bigger...
in a cozy small environment.
Lets see how it works.

The Brain Child seemed a little strange to me but I had to admire the creativity of Michael Christian from Berkeley, California. And gradually, as I looked at the kid’s big feet, he grew on me. “I love celebrating the inquisitive spirit of play and exploring the plurality of forms that can be expressed through biologically inspired shapes and patterns found in nature,” Christian said in describing his sculpture. Burners were invited to climb around in the ‘brain’ and serve as ‘neurotransmitters.’

The Temple of Promise is a guide. It’s a calming hand, and it’s a listening ear. Nestled in its center is a grove of trees. It’s no tower or pyramid or other such shape dictated by logic alone. It is no less a temple for its lifelike forms. It is more.
Scattered amidst the flow of the Temple area, wooden sculptures shaped like stones form a soft boundary. The tapering spiral of the main structure provides shelter and quiet.

It might become now soon again one as
„Art Experience Saloon“ which aims to be a kind of a cultural camp and place for stand up comedy, life music, small workshops, art expression, story telling and radical self expression within the room on the small stage while we will build a balloon fairy tale , Alices dungeon in rose aka the castles rabbit hole.

Ich hoffe ihr seid alle gut in das neue Jahr gestartet. Nach kleinen Unterbrechungen finden weiter alle Veranstaltungen in der Burner Embassy Berlin statt, voraussichtlich bis Mitte/Ende März. Danach werden wir mit den verschiedenen Burner-Events weiter im Containerdorf bleiben. Wo genau, ergibt sich hoffentlich in den nächsten Wochen (und zu welchen Kosten). Wir werden vermutlich im März noch eine Auszugsparty steigen lassen, und danach hoffe ich, dass sich alle noch an ihre Leihgaben für die Burner Embassy erinnern, dass die Gegenstände im Container ihr altes (oder ein neues) Zuhause finden.
I hope you all got off to a good start in the new year. After a few small interruptions, all events at the Burner Embassy Berlin will continue to take place, likely until mid/end of March. After that, we'll carry on with various Burner events within the container village. We'll hopefully figure out exactly where (and at what cost) in the next few weeks. We'll probably throw a moving-out party in March, and after that, I hope everyone remembers which items they loaned to the Burner Embassy so those items can find their old (or maybe a new) home in the container.

Yes there is the plan to do that burn the castle Beesenstedt again as a regional European Burn.
In March we can enter the well known castle Beesenstedt with a kind of Plug‘n Play Burn
experience ( includes caste, food, drinks. bed ..)
For mid September there is something new in the pipeline, yes another castle!! but everything will hopefully new..:-)) ( will announce this later)
The plan is to bring up the energy of participation with Besi… to have the spirit available for the new universe on the european burn playa.

Judith ( @judyintheskynet ) a burner from Vienna passed away yesterday as she decided to not want to stay longer on this Playa..
after such a long period in her life facing mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) aka Long Covid.
We are mourning her loss and thinking of her.. to have a good trip beyond this world.
Please join into our wishes for her and her friends and family.
Please also check her so nice instagram with her story, her art and her fight for awareness about this illness, her fight to do art and explain her point of view.. to extend our reality as her gift.
Whenever we do an art exhibition again in our embassy or a regional burn we hope that we can add her art work into this..

Pasta Potluck, once a month every 4th wednesday, and all other wednesdays we do have a drink & talk only potluck in our burner embassy, it is our social event (grass root and non commercial, radical inclusion)..
We celebrate our 5th year now with a childrens birthday party, an art event on 29th November and a proper party with hot wine, hot alcohol-free punch and surprisesin the afternoon on 30th Nov.

Der Berlin Burner e.V. lädt ein zu Info über Kunst, Kunstfestivals und gemeinsamen Essen, jeden 4. Mittwoch im Monat ... Der Zweck unseres Vereines ist die Förderung von Kunst und Kultur, die Förderung internationaler Gesinnung und der Toleranz auf allen Gebieten der Kultur.
Die Grundidee des Pasta Potluck ist, dass wir eine Menge Pasta vorbereiten werden, und alles andere (leckere) bringt ihr mit, bevorzugt selbstgemachte Saucen 🙂 Wir kochen gemeinsam, was noch gekocht werden muss, und dann essen wir zusammen und sprechen über die wirklich wichtigen Dinge im Leben. Zum Beispiel über Kiez Burn, Art Baer, die Burner Embassy Berlin, Burning Man und alles andere. In Deutsch und Englisch, je nach dem wer alles da ist. wie immer wollen wir am 1. Samstag im Monat zusammenkommen, um unsere Kostüme und Ideen zu gestalten und gemeinsam Spaß zu haben. Wieder packen wir in der Burner Embassy unsere Projekte aus. Ein wenig Material ist vorhanden, und ihr bringt eure Ideen, Materialien, angefangene Kostüme und viel Lust zum gemeinsamen Basteln und Handarbeiten mit (ein Beitrag zum Kaffee & Kuchen oder für die Spendenbox wird auch gern gesehen).

Dear burners,
as always we will do our monthly afternoon with creating of costumes and other artsy ideas! Again we will find our home at the Burner Embassy! We have some materials, and you will bring your ideas, unfinished costumes and a lot of energy for creating something with us (some stuff for having coffee breaks or some donations for the materials will be very welcome).
Everyone’s welcome, think about all the costumes and things to do which will make your next burn bright :-) Ben is bringing his Embroidery machine.

A stage with a nice background might even be better - maybe next to a costume swap camp…
so I built this thing to have tried it at keast.
Found out thst people understood it the place to make pictures - I like this :-)

The Burn marks usually the beginning of a new year. The afterburn is usually also the time of exhausting and mourning, of kind of depression and calmness to recover, recollect energy, forgive badass words and moods…
It might also a good time to keep away from any substances, alcohol…
internet, and very important also from social media, chatt groups…
to let you not spoil the positiv energy with bad vibe comments…
