Bondage is a performance art while I have to wait till I can make pictures.. it tests my patience..it is like a struggle.. (not only for the model but also for me)..

Coco is my model from Hamburg and to bring her into a bondage was a long time dream..

I thought somehow that a black and white picture looks much more fitting into "classic" music and will match the aura perfectly as a mix of "the importance of being ernest and burning man"

This ritual performance in Hamburg 2014 was a project of Alyssa Marie Warncke as an interaction process of a butoh performance artist and a photographer called "Blue Moon and Ashes" - most propably my part was inspired by my burning man experiences.

Steps into Water

what we see is what we want to see and this is quite difficult to make a photography from

reflection about properties and the positions on a canvas is what is always on my mind while making a photography and I try to feel it and the proporties should talk to me when I press the shutter and when it is not a good feeling I have to press again and again to get my perfect moment and my perfect positions in that moment..
Sometimes I seethe properties then years later on the pictures which I reviewed and like it.
So this picture.

Nightwalk in Berlin, Karl-Marx-Allee Mid Nov 2023. Slowly I moved through my neighborhood try to capture and understand what I see, very slowly and all these black clothed people rushed through the picture like a ghost and much more quickly then I could capture them..
I could resist to bring a tripod but just held my camera in the hand..
