Portrait of Painter Rabe Habdank
In his studio in Kreuzberg, Berlin, Doing a portrait of a painter, it’s all about painting, isn’t it? Yes it is and to impact this creative process, we choose a blank canvas and the vision of a picture of a recent photography I have done from a bondage shooting in Hamburg.
The transformation using this material to form a art by contemplation, rethinking and overpainting again and again and again was a unique experience. This is also impacting me as a photographer rethinking of the eye instinct triggered picture making
and asks the question how to pull again and again the picture by imagination, seeking, struggling and suffer to get the final one.
